Educational Workshops

Green & Away can offer a wide range of educational workshops and craft activities.

The workshops and talks are designed to introduce participants to various environmental issues. Some workshops relate to the practical facilities on site, such as generating electricity from the sun and wind or for using waste materials for new purposes. Some workshops may involve an additional fee to the lecturer. Please check with the Green & Away coordinator.

The courses and workshops can be run as a complete programme for an event or as part of a wider range of activities and discussions. The course leaders are either experienced teachers or have worked professionally in their chosen field. Programme organisers are advised to seek further information from Green & Away before slotting our workshops into their timetables and in particular to check availability.
